Transportation From The Salt Lake City Airport To Alta, Snowbird, Brighton And Solitude
Note that vans are not four wheel drive. Please order one or more SUV’s if you want four wheel drive transportation.
All prices are for the vehicle, one way. With respect to the vans, we use the largest vans available, and we suggest no more than eight people, if you have a lot of luggage and ski or snowboard equipment. Groups of nine and 10 people can be accommodated depending on the amount of luggage and skis/snowboards you have. We cannot be responsible if you and all of your luggage and skis will not fit into the van. If there are more than eight people, please

The fact that a bus will seat a certain number of people also does not mean that it can take all their luggage, if there is a lot of it, and many people have ski or snowboard equipment. A 55 passenger coach has large under bus luggage bays and is unlikely to have luggage issues. The other two buses have rear luggage. We cannot be responsible if you and all of your luggage and skis will not fit into one of the mini buses. Please email, or call 435 658 2227 x 13, if you are unsure whether you will fit in.
Service Times, Locations and Gratuities
Service is available year round, with a minimum charge of $165 one way. If any travel is outside the times of 6 am to 10 pm, there is a minimum 20% gratuity. Inside those times a minimum gratuity of $40 is applicable for the 14 passenger mini bus, and $50 for the other two bus sizes.
During the Sundance Film Festival, a minimum 15% gratuity applies between 6 am and 10 pm.
Please note that no cancellations or changes will be accepted once an order has been placed!. Refunds will also not be given. Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as you make the reservation.
Please do not book at the last minute without first making sure we have availability! Check with us first: email, or call 435 658 2227 x 13. Last minute bookings may be cancelled and refunded, but we will always let you know first.
If the airline loses your luggage, or you are delayed at the airport for any other reason, we will wait for half an hour from your plane’s arrival time at no charge. After that we will charge waiting time of $75 per hour, pro-rated, for a van, $85 per hour, pro-rated, for an SUV and $125 per hour, pro-rated, for a bus. If we have to wait for a flight or flights that you did not tell us about, the above hourly charge starts immediately. If you want to make a detour to go shopping, or for any other reason, the hourly charge is as above. Please advise us of this when you make your reservation. We cannot guarantee it will be possible if you do not do so.
Airport Pick Up Locations
The normal pickup zone is the “Resort/Hotel Shuttle” zone between columns 4A and 5A, ground level.
The driver will be tracking your flight and waiting in the park and ride lot just five minutes away.
Please call us at 435 658 2227 before picking up your luggage and you will be advised where to find your vehicle.
What The Vehicle Looks Like
We will let you know what your vehicle looks like when you text or call us after you get off the airplane. If you are arriving after hours, we will text, email or call the information through to you.
Other Important Details
Service animals are welcomed, but other animals can only be transported by prior written agreement. At the time of travel, please ensure you have with you the credit card you used to make this booking. We will need to take an imprint of it. The card must be in your name. If that is not possible for any reason, please let us know when you make the booking, so our credit card authorization process can be completed. Pick up times are not guaranteed. Service may run late during snowstorms or times when road and traffic conditions are bad. We are in no way responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it, and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your money and you are at liberty to take another service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service may not be available at certain times and on certain dates. Certain minimums may apply. Your transfer may be contracted out to another reputable provider. If this happens there will be no additional charge.
