Bus Transportation From The Salt Lake City Airport To Park City
All prices are for the bus, one way. The fact that a bus will seat a certain number of people doesn’t mean that it can take all their luggage, if there is a lot of it, and many people have ski or snowboard equipment. A 55 passenger coach has large under bus luggage bays and is unlikely to have luggage issues. The other two buses have rear luggage. Service Times, Locations and Gratuities
Bus transportation between the Salt Lake City airport and Park City is available year round. If any travel is outside the times of 6 am to 10 pm, there is a minimum 15% gratuity. Inside those times a minimum gratuity of $40 is applicable for the 14 passenger mini bus, and $50 for the other two bus sizes, except during the Sundance Film Festival. During the Sundance Film Festival, the minimum 15% gratuity is applicable irrespective of the hour of travel.
This is a door to door service, and the prices apply to Kimball Junction, Park City and Deer Valley. Service is available to all of the surrounding areas, but the price may be higher. If your location is on a hill or a narrow or dead end road, it may not be possible to get you all the way there, especially in adverse weather or road conditions. Airport Pick Up Locations
If you arrived on Delta or a Delta connection flight, please walk outside doors 11 or 12, in Terminal Two, and go to the middle lane. Once you’re at the middle lane, turn right and go to the purple painted curb at the very end. If you arrived on any airline other than Delta or a Delta connection, you will be in Terminal One Go through any door to the middle lane, turn left and walk to the purple curb at the very end.
What The Vehicle Looks Like
We will let you know what your vehicle looks like when you text or call us after you get off the airplane. If you are arriving after hours, we will text, email or call the information through to you.
If the airline loses your luggage, or you are delayed at the airport for any other reason, we will wait for half an hour from your plane’s arrival time at no charge. After that we will charge waiting time of $125 per hour, pro-rated. If we have to wait for a flight or flights that you did not tell us about, the $125 per hour charge starts immediately. If you want to make a detour to go shopping, or for any other reason, the charge is $125 per hour pro-rated. Please advise us of this when you make your reservation. We cannot guarantee it will be possible if you do not do so.
Other Important Details
Service animals are welcomed, but other animals can only be transported by prior written agreement. At the time of travel, please ensure you have with you the credit card you used to make this booking. We will need to take an imprint of it. The card must be in your name. If that is not possible for any reason, please let us know when you make the booking, so our credit card authorization process can be completed. Pick up times are not guaranteed. Service may run late during snowstorms or times when road and traffic conditions are bad. We are in no way responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it, and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your money and you are at liberty to take another service.
After that we will charge waiting time of $125 per hour, pro-rated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service may not be available at certain times and on certain dates. Certain minimums may apply. Your transfer may be contracted out to another reputable provider. If this happens there will be no additional charge.
