Cancellations and changes will not be accepted, and refunds will not be given. The exception to this is if your flight is verifiably cancelled or significantly delayed, in which case we will determine whether we can still accommodate you. If we cannot, we will cancel the portion of the order we cannot accommodate, and give you a refund for that portion of the order. The remaining part of the order, if applicable, will remain valid.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you make this booking.
At the time of travel, please ensure you have with you the credit card you used to make this booking. We will need to take an imprint of it. The card must be in your name. If that is not possible for any reason, please let us know when you make the booking, so our credit card authorization process can be completed.
If any of the following apply:
- Booking within 48 hours of travel
- Traveling outside regular business hours
- Traveling during the Sundance Film Festival
- Traveling on a winter public holiday
Please wait to receive a second confirmation email before making plans that are dependent on this booking. You will receive an automated confirmation, which may not be applicable if you book for travel during one of the above times.
Service animals are welcomed, but other animals can only be transported by prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion.

Extra charges may apply for service outside those times and areas. We will always email you first if this is applicable. Details can be found on the transportation description pages.
Minimum gratuities apply outside regular business hours and during the Sundance Film Festival, as well as for certain categories of transportation. Details of these can be found on the transportation description pages.
We are in no way responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it, and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your money and you are at liberty to take another service.
Certain waiting and shopping charges may apply. Additional charges may also apply if your group is arriving on more than one flight, and you do not provide us this information. Details of these can be found on the transportation description pages.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your luggage will fit into the type of vehicle you have ordered. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
Service may not be available at certain times and on certain dates. Certain minimums may apply.
