or debit card will be charged within 24 hours of making the
reservation.

Terminal One
(all domestic airlines excluding Skywest and Delta):
Outside door 6. All the doors in Terminal One are
numbered.
Terminal Two
(Delta and Skywest). Outside door 13 (not door 12):
If you follow an imaginary line drawn through all the luggage
carousels, door 13 is the door on the other side of carousel
8.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
will be accepted, and a full refund will be given, subject to
both of the following criteria being met:
1: The cancellation must be emailed to us.
2: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to
the date and time of travel.
A purported
cancellation that does not meet the above requirements will
result in your card being charged in full.

Other Important Details
Pick up times
are not guaranteed. Service may run late during
snowstorms or times when road and traffic conditions are bad.
We are in no way
responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do
our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after
arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it,
and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your
money and you are at liberty to take another service. If
the airline loses your luggage, or you are delayed at the
airport for any other reason, we will wait for half an hour
from your plane's arrival time at no charge. After
that we will charge waiting time of $75 per hour, pro rated.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Service may not be available at certain times and on certain
dates. Certain minimums may apply. If this
happens there will be no additional charge.
